Beijing .China produced less mobile in the year 2017 and there has also been a decline in the production of newer versions of mobile. In the report of Xinjiang news agency, China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) has said that last year 49.1 million mobile phones were sold and only 1,054 new versions of mobile phones were launched, 12.3 percent and 27.1 percent less respectively, compared to the year.
It was reported in the report that in the year 2017, sales of domestic mobile phone brands in the country were 12.4 per cent on the year-on-year basis and total 43.6 million phones were sold, which is 88.8 per cent of the total sales.
